In the small production facility in Surava, we process as many regional ingredients as possible. The farmer Andri Devonas from Surava delivers the organic milk fresh every day in traditional milk tansen and the cream comes from the Puracenter in Lenzerheide. Whenever possible, we also purchase fruit from Swiss producers. The freshness of these ingredients is crucial for the taste of the ice cream. But it's not just the ingredients that contribute to premium quality. In contrast to industrially manufactured products, our ice cream takes much less air. This leads to the uniquely fine and creamy consistency.
